In order to help diagnose and treat patients effectively, recent blood work may be requested. Conventional laboratory testing, as well as alternative testing if necessary, can be ordered. Conventional lab tests can often be run through patients' insurance, though it is always the patient's responsibility to double-check their own coverage with their insurance company prior to the draw.


Depending on the patient and their health risks and goals, any of the following may be recommended: 

  • Adrenal hormones

  • Allergy markers 

  • Autoimmune markers

  • Blood sugar markers

  • Cardiovascular risk factors

  • Cholesterol panels 

  • Complete blood counts (CBC)

  • Comprehensive metabolic panels (CMP)

  • Infection antibodies (current and past) 

  • Inflammatory markers

  • Pregnancy tests

  • Sex hormones

  • Throat culture (rapid strep test)

  • Thyroid panels

  • Urinalysis 

  • Vitamin & mineral assessment (such as Vitamins D, B12, folate, iron, iodine, magnesium, etc.)
